Full Home Inspection

Our inspections are performed to the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and include all of the major systems of a home; exterior, roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, interior, appliances and sprinkler system. All of our inspections include infrared thermal imaging and a visual inspection for mold at no extra cost. Thermal imaging can reveal moisture intrusion, missing insulation, overheated wiring and other building defects invisible to the naked eye.

Additional Services

Swimming pools, docks and seawalls can be inspected at a nominal added charge. We can also do thermal imaging alone as a separate inspection. Mold sampling can also be added to the inspection or performed independently of an inspection.

Four Point Insurance Inspections

We are available to do four point insurance inspections. These typically include the roof, electrical system, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. Click here for more details.
