Four Point Insurance Inspections

We are available to do four point insurance inspections. A four point inspection may be required by your homeowner's insurance company if your home is more than twenty years old. These typically include only the roof, electrical system, plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. This falls far short of a full pre-purchase home inspection and is for insurance purposes only. We discount the inspection fee if it is performed with a full home inspection.
